
Getting Started
You may be unsure whether therapy is for you and taking the first steps can be difficult. If you feel ready, please get in touch by text or email to arrange a brief call (up to 15 minutes), which is useful for us both as an introduction. As part of this conversation we will also check whether we both have availability for ongoing sessions if you do decide to proceed to an initial consultation.
An initial consultation will last up to 90 minutes and will involve talking about what has led you to consider therapy. It should also give you a sense of what you can expect from therapy with me. If we decide that working together will be right for you, then we will agree regular days and times to meet (in person, by phone or online).
If I’m not the right person to help you I may be able to connect you to somebody who can.
